Fast-talking New Yorker and brand new doctor Zoe Hart has it all figured out - after graduating top of her class from medical school, she'll follow in her father's footsteps and become a cardio-thoracic surgeon. But when her dreams fall apart, Zoe decides to accept an offer from a stranger, Dr. Harley Wilkes, to work for him at his small practice in Bluebell, Alabama. Zoe arrives in this small Gulf Coast only to find that Harley has passed away and left his half of the medical practice to her in his will (www.imbd.com).

So I watched a few episodes, and I loved it!
The many things I love about this show...
One. Rachel Bilson is a good actress after all. I like her voice and her clothes. These are clothes I'd loooove to wear, but I don't think I can pull them off like Rachel aka Zoe Hart can.
Two. Jaime King aka Lemon Breeland has some really cute dresses. These are clothes I can actually wear confidently.
Three. Wade Kinsella, portrayed by Wilson Bethel, is just cute and entrancing. :*)

Four. The characters' lines are witty, and the actors can really deliver their lines well. I feel like I'm improving my English skills just by listening to them. Haah! And I learn new words from every episode. Call me crazy, but I feel like I'm learning how to speak English natively through this show. ^_~
So if you're the type of person who'd like to learn medical stuff in a not-so-heavy way and learn fashion as well (Zoe and Lemon fashion ^_^), then watch Hart of Dixie. Have fun! *^_^*
